Mintbox Solutions Pvt. Ltd. runs Calibrate. This page says what we keep about you and why.
What we collect
- Account: your e-mail address and a salted, one-way hash of your password (we cannot read your password), when you joined and when you last signed in, and your display choices such as the accent colour.
- Your work: the strategies you describe, the conversations about them, the backtests you run and the files they produce.
- Usage: how many AI tokens you use, per account and per strategy, so we can apply fair-use limits and keep the service running.
- Technical logs: sign-in attempts and errors, kept briefly, to protect accounts and fix problems.
How we use it
To run Calibrate for you: to sign you in, to build and test your strategies, to e-mail you a one-time code or a welcome message, to apply fair-use limits and to improve reliability. We do not sell your data and we do not show advertising.
AI providers
To answer a request, the text of your conversation (and the details of your strategy it concerns) is sent to the AI model providers we use. We send what is needed for the answer, not your password or e-mail address.
We e-mail you only to verify your address, to reset a password and to welcome you. Calibrate never asks for your password or a code by e-mail, chat or phone.
Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser keeps a sign-in token and your display choices so you stay signed in on that device.
Keeping and deleting data
Strategies you archive are kept so you can bring them back. To have your account and its data removed, contact us from the e-mail address on the account.
Security
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, the database accepts connections from the server itself only, and your files are kept in a workspace of your own. No system is perfectly secure, so use a password you do not use elsewhere.
