Terms of use

Last updated 29 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Calibrate, a service of Mintbox Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

What Calibrate is

Calibrate lets you describe a trading strategy in plain English, turns it into rules, and tests those rules on historical market data. It is a research and backtesting tool. It does not place orders, connect to your broker or hold your money, and nothing it shows is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Backtests are hypothetical

A backtest shows how rules would have performed on past data, with the costs and assumptions stated in the result. Markets change, data can contain errors, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for checking a strategy and for every decision you take with it. Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks.

AI-generated strategies

Strategies, explanations and answers are produced with the help of AI models and can be wrong or incomplete. Read the logic Calibrate shows you before relying on a result.

Your account

You sign in with your e-mail address and a password. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Fair use

To keep the service fast for everyone, AI use is limited to a rolling allowance (currently 800,000 tokens in every 5-hour window per account). Do not try to bypass the limits or security of the service, scrape it, reverse engineer it, or use it to harm others or to break the law.

Your content

The strategies and conversations you create stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service for you, including sending the text of a request to our AI providers to answer it.

Our service and data

Calibrate, its software, design and the market data it presents belong to us or our licensors. We work to keep the service available and the data accurate, but provide them “as is”, without promises of uninterrupted service or error-free data.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits or indirect loss arising from your use of Calibrate or from reliance on a backtest.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: contact us. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
